A journey that began with curiosity and grew through responsibility.

I was born in Alaşehir, Manisa in 1978. I completed my bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Industrial Engineering at Gazi University and continue my doctoral studies in the same field, making analytical thinking a cornerstone of my career.

I have been in professional life since 1999. My journey began in manufacturing and continued through sales, investment, retail, dealer management and senior leadership roles at national and international energy companies.

Today, I apply more than 25 years of experience to build organisations that adapt quickly to changing markets, embrace innovation and create long-term value.

To me, leadership means providing direction in uncertainty and creating the space for people to take shared ownership of the outcome.
