A journey that began with interest and up with a sense of responsibilities.

I was born in Alaşehir, Manisa in 1978. I completed my bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Industrial Engineering at Gazi University and continue my doctoral studies in the same field, making analytical thinking a milestone of my career.

I have been in professional life since 1999. Journey in my career, began in manufacturing and continued through sales, investment, retail, dealer management and senior leadership roles at national and international energy companies.

Today, I apply more than 25 years of experience to build organisations that adapt quickly to changing markets, embrace innovation and create long-term value.

To me, leadership is about making decisions into uncertainty, providing clear direction, and creating an environment where people can take ownership of the outcome together.
